Project details Hegauer Weg
The buildings on Hegauer Weg are being constructed according to the demanding standards of a modern, high-quality and ecological campus. The basis of this planning is a future-oriented integrated energy, waste disposal and CO2 concept, which significantly reduces the energy footprint and monthly operating costs. The buildings will be constructed in a wood hybrid construction method, which allows a variable floor plan design according to the wishes of the future tenants. Due to the clear room height of at least 3.00 m, the rental units can be flexibly arranged in small areas of approx. 250 sqm to open-plan offices.
The project area is located in the southwest of the city of Berlin in the district of Steglitz – Zehlendorf. Due to the high proportion of green and water areas, this district is one of the best residential areas in the city. The direct surroundings are commercially characterised and are characterised by a versatile mix of uses.
